Sorry to have to delay today’s post. Established patterns may need to be temporarily changed when an elderly parent has a health event. To this end it’s helpful to:
- Prioritize and do what needs to be done
- Permit some slack where possible to reduce stress and have a bit of time to regroup–or even take a nap!
